Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our product and will deal with order or delivery related issues in a fair and timely manner. If you receive your items and are unhappy with them and would like to request refund or exchange, please fill out the form below detailing your issue within 14 days of purchase.
Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our mypakage.com.au online store.
For items purchased from local retailers, the same dates & rules apply, as listed above. Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store(s), can only be exchanged, not refunded, and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. Proof of Purchase must be provided.
Failure to follow the steps listed below will result in your items being returned to sender.
1. Fill out our return and exchanges form below
2. Once your return/exchange is approved, you will receive a response with an attached RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3. Package your return items and the RMA - returns without an authorized RMA will not be accepted
4. Use return label provided with original order
5. Ship your package back to us
6. Please allow up to 5 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your return/exchange to be processed. Refunds/exchange orders are processed shortly after receipt. Allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Standard ground shipping will be used to send you your exchange order.
